National Nutrition Month® is a nutrition education and information campaign observed annually in March by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The campaign focuses attention on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. At eatright.org, you can get tips sheets and handouts, web widgets and a social media toolkit available in English and Spanish. You’ll find many great food resources – don’t miss the recipes and tips for eating right on a budget.

We kick off the month of health eating with one of our favorite videos from Dr. Mike: Healthy Eating 101
