Mandatory Requirements
- State Licensure as a Behavioral Health Professional with at least a Master’s Degree.
- Minimum and current Malpractice Liability Insurance Coverage of $1 million /$3 million
- Empanelment with at least one major/area Behavioral Health Insurance plan.
