Summertime is synonymous with the beach. If your summer plans include beachgoing, the shore is a wonderful natural setting for your summertime workouts. Whatever your favorite exercise activity is – walking or running, yoga, workouts, swimming or playing volleyball – the sound of the waves adds a great backdrop.
