According to BLR, the source, “Job hazard analysis (JHA) is step-by-step method of analyzing a job or task to uncover its potential and actual dangers. In a JHA, tasks are broken down into a series of basic steps. Each step is analyzed for hazards, and safe work practices are developed to reduce or eliminate these hazards.”
