Is your organization comprised of givers or takers? Watch this video to learn the difference and learn how to create a culture of generosity.

Wharton professor, organizational psychologist and best-selling author Adam Grant says that in every workplace, there are three basic kinds of people: givers, takers and matchers. In his 13.5 minute TED talk, he breaks down these personalities and offers simple strategies to promote a culture of generosity and keep self-serving employees from taking more than their share.

Hat tip to Andrew McIlvane who pointed us to this engaging talk in his HRE Daily post, Avoid Hiring the Takers, in which he discusses Grant’s talk.
