Free Nutrition Evaluation and Discounted Nutritional Counseling

ESI members can take control of their eating habits and attain their nutrition goals with a personal Nutrition Coach and comprehensive Nutrition Plan.

Whether your employees need direction in healthy eating for weight loss, diabetes, heart health, sports, pregnancy, or general wellness, they have access to Registered Dietitians who are ready and qualified to direct them to a healthy lifestyle.

When beginning Nutrition Counseling with Apex Nutrition, members will receive a free nutrition assessment--they simply submit an online assessment and receive feedback on eating and lifestyle habits. From there, individualized Nutrition Plan from Apex Nutrition and members receive 1 month of free Nutrition Coaching by a Registered Dietitian ($30 value for EAP Members)! The online coaching relationship provides ongoing support, encouragement, accountability, plan adjustments, and answers to any questions. There are a variety of Nutrition Plans to choose from and absolutely no obligation to continue after the first month. Your employees can select the Nutrition Plan that best fits their needs.
