Child and Elder Care Benefit

Because child and elder care issues are so prevalent, we address them in a special way. While counseling and referral services are available through our standard member benefits, we also offer a comprehensive package of enhanced services that are available to those employers who elect to add Premium Dependent Care services.

The Premium Dependent Care service provides access to a dependent care specialist, who works one-on-one with the member to assess specific child or elder care needs. The specialist conducts a search for local providers and delivers a comprehensive report of available options, guiding and counseling the member throughout the selection process to ensure that the best choice is made.
